• FREE DELIVERY for purchases of RM150 & above (*dry goods, below 5kg)
• FLAT RATE RM10 delivery fee for purchases below RM150
• Products will be delivered between 3 to 6 working days.

Peninsular Malaysia

• FREE DELIVERY for purchases of RM200 & above (*dry goods, below 5kg)
• FLAT RATE RM20 delivery fee for purchases below RM200
• Products will be delivered between 3 to 6 working days.

Sabah & Sarawak (East Malaysia)

• Sabah: RM16.50 for the first kilogram, RM 11.70 for each additional kilogram. 
• Sarawak: RM14.50 for the first kilogram, RM 9 for each additional kilogram.
• Products will be delivered between 3 to 6 working days.

1. Kindly email our customer service at wecare@thebigbox.asia and mention your full name, contact number, email address, home address (including post code), desired product’s name and quantity.
2. We will reply you with the total cost of order including the shipping cost. If you agree with the total cost, you may proceed to place your order at www.bigboxasia.com
3. Kindly note for any cancellation and refund, there will be a charge of 10% administration fee on top of any currency exchange fees during the process.
